Camping Schaartven Overloon regulations

Camping Schaartven Overloon has drawn up regulations for our guests. You can view these regulations below. If you have any questions and/or comments while reading the regulations, please let us know. You can then contact us.

Arrival

On your day of arrival at Overloon camper park you are welcome from 1:00 PM.

Awning carpets

As we also like to keep the greenery green, it is not allowed to use plastic or ground sheets. Only the use of air and light-permeable “awning carpets” is allowed.

Arrival Departure

On your day of arrival at Overloon camper park you are welcome from 1:00 PM. On your departure day from Overloon camper park, you must vacate your pitch before 12:00 noon. If there are no reservations for the spot for that day, you can stay until 5:00 PM.

Day visit

We would like to ask you to report visits in advance.
The rate for visitors is €6 per person per day. Visitors must park their car in the parking lot next to the park. Maximum two visitors per camper.

Garbage

There are three containers for household waste at the front entrance of camping ‘t Schaartven; these are intended for small waste, glass and paper. Bulky waste such as discarded camping equipment, white goods, ground cloth, etc. may not be deposited here.

Sanitation

Our sanitary facilities are free to use. Smoking is prohibited in the sanitary buildings. For the showers you must press the button for hot water.

Little children

Please be accompanied by adults. Swimming in the Schaartven is at your own risk and you must supervise yourself; there are no lifeguards on duty.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome with us. Your dog must be on a leash at our park and on site. You must clean up any accidents, including on the campsite access road. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the toilet buildings.
In line with provincial rules, dogs are not allowed to swim in ‘t Schaartven.

Fire safety

Open fires are not permitted on the camping pitches.

Traffic / Parking

You must drive at walking pace throughout the entire site of ‘t Schaartven Overloon campsite. Paths must be kept clear in connection with possible emergencies. The park is closed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Camera surveillance

For your and our safety, ‘t Schaartven campsite uses camera surveillance.

Noise disturbance

We kindly ask you to use radio, television, etc. in such a way that other guests are not inconvenienced. Our night rest period applies between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM.

WiFi

You can use our WiFi network for free at the park. We will provide you with the required password upon arrival.

You stay here at your own risk. We are not liable for theft, damage or accidents. It goes without saying that if you cause damage, you must report it and compensate it. You are also responsible for the behavior of your visitors.

We do not supervise the swimming lake at ‘t Schaartven and there are no lifeguards present. Recreation and swimming is at your own risk!

We assume that you respect the above rules. If necessary, we maintain tourist places in accordance with the Recron conditions.
